New! Thomas recently received the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation The Institute for
Luxury Home Marketing. The CLHMS designation is awarded after extensive training for luxury properties, having
documented performance in the TOP 10% of their markets, and after have successfully demonstrated their expertise
in the luxury home and estate market.

I am proud to say I have now attained the coveted international SRES designation (Senior's Real Estate Specialist),
which was developed for Realtors who wish to be experts in working with clients aged 50+ with unique relocation
and lifestyle change needs.

The course, recently held in Moncton, enables us to better serve our clients at this stage in their lives, and reinforces
our Team's commitment to continually developing and growing our skills in order to serve all of our clients, regardless
of their demographics.

I am now one of the first Atlantic Canadians to attain the SRES designation, and I look forward to putting it to good
use in the Halifax marketplace for our clients.
